Basecamp is run unlike any other organization I've ever encountered – in the best way.One of the things that stuck out to me is how they measure the success of the launch of a new product feature. They don't utilize metrics like user adoption to determine if a new feature is successful, like most companies do.Instead, they look into how the feature affected the humans who made it.
